Polyvert has granulation (ground material) facilities at three of its plants: Polyvert, JRC and Terrasse-Vaudreuil.
Polyvert transforms polypropylene (PP) and expanded polypropylene (EPP) into regranulated pellets, which are then sold or integrated into our own products. This transformation process efficiently recycles these materials, reducing plastic waste and contributing to a circular economy.
Regranulated pelletized polystyrene (PS) is used to produce virgin material, ready for use in the manufacture of expanded polystyrene (EPS). This innovative technology, recently adopted by Polyvert, enables us to manufacture EPS products with up to 100% recycled content. This technological advance represents a major innovation in our range of services, offering our customers more sustainable and environmentally-friendly solutions.
Under the Polymos Group brands, Polymos – Industrial Solutions and Polyform – Insulation Solutions, we offer products made from up to 100% recycled EPS and 100% recycled EPP.
