Polymos Inc. acquires Plastiques Cellulaires Polyform Inc.

Terrasse-Vaudreuil, February 7, 2022 – Polymos Inc (“Polymos”), a North American leader in expanded plastics solutions, is proud to announce the acquisition of Plastiques Cellulaires Polyform Inc (“Polyform”). This acquisition unites the strengths of two pioneers of the expanded plastics industry in Quebec, creating a dominant player in North America with seven plants in Canada and over 400 employees. This transaction, financially supported by Investissement Québec, will enable the new entity to pursue its growth and increase its presence in Quebec and North America.
